Marketing Manager

Undergraduate

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct industry research, gather intelligence, identify business opportunities, and leverage external information to assist the internal team in planning and making strategic decisions for business development.

2. Responsible for the establishment and development of related projects, as well as for pioneering key projects in the water treatment sector within the environmental protection industry.

3. Work closely with the Sales Manager to expand, communicate, and negotiate business partnerships; develop cooperation plans; track the entire collaboration process; and take responsibility for the outcomes.

4. Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company’s exhibition website and official WeChat account.

5. Responsible for the company’s brand development;

6. Follow up and handle customer requests for negative wheat products.

R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct R&D on the electrolyte layer and cathode slurry for solid hydrogenated fuel cells based on negative-mesh materials; be responsible for exploring and optimizing the printing process to enable mass production and introduction into manufacturing.

2. Understand the latest printing technologies for solid oxide fuel cells, develop printing processes, establish process specifications, prepare relevant documentation, build a database, and provide support for mass production lines.

3. Actively cooperate with R&D efforts in other sections, provide strong support for printing, and enhance battery efficiency.

4. Obey the leader’s arrangements and actively participate in other laboratory tasks.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Physics, Photovoltaics, Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in battery-related technologies, processes, and R&D.

2. Familiar with printing principles and knowledgeable about relevant parameters of each stage in the printing process. Possess at least one year of hands-on experience in screen printing, drying and curing, and characterization of printing performance.

3. Diligent and hardworking, with strong hands-on skills and a willingness to engage in repetitive manual printing tasks: adept at identifying problems and proactively finding solutions.
