DRIVE CLEAN ENERGY EVERYWHERE

Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia Powder (YSZ)

Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia Powder (YSZ) is a composite oxide formed by doping Y³ to stabilize tetragonal/cubic zirconia. It is a core functional material for SOFC electrolytes, also suitable for high-tem perature ceramics and coatings.

Nickel Oxide Powder (NiO)

Nickel Oxide Powder (NiO) is a black or gray-green inorganic oxide with a typical rock-salt crystal structure. It is a key raw material for preparing SOFC anode support layers and functional layers, widely used in energy, chemical, and electronic fields.

Gadolinium-Doped Ceria Powder (GDC)

Gadolinium-Doped Ceria Powder (GDC) is a rare earth composite oxide formed by doping Gd³ into the CeO lattice. It is a key functional material for SOFC, oxygen sensors, and catalyst carriers, especially suitable for electrolyte layers and electrode functional layers of medium-low temperature SOFC.

SOFC-Specific Slurry

The composition of SOFC-specific slurries can be customized per requirements. For performance data of the material under specific operating conditions, please contact our technical team to obtain the corresponding test report.

Electrolyte substrate

As a core component of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs), the electrolyte support provides structural support for the cell, offers an oxygen-ion conduction pathway, and acts as a gas barrier for the electrodes.

Electrolyte-Supported Single Cell (ESSC)

A core SOFC stack component with dense electrolyte as structural support. Stacking sequence: Anode → Electrolyte → Cathode (sandwich structure). It stably realizes electrochemical reactions between fuel and oxidant at high temperatures, with high energy utilization, suitable for high-efficiency power generation and industrial energy recovery.

Anode-Supported Single Cell (ASSC)

A core SOFC stack component with the anode as structural support. Stacking sequence: Anode Support → Functional Layer → Electrolyte → Barrier Layer → Cathode. It directly converts chemical energy from fuels (hydrogen, natural gas, alkanes) into electricity via micro-electrochemical reactions, with sustained thermal output.

Anode-Supported Planar Cell Stack (ASPCS)

A core SOFC stack device with anode-supported single cells as key units. It directly converts chemical energy from fuels (hydrogen, natural gas, etc.) into electricity via electrochemical reactions, featuring high efficiency, low pollution, and wide fuel adaptability. Suitable for distributed power generation, industrial waste heat utilization, and new energy vehicle power systems.

SOFC Anode-Supported Microtubular Cell (ASMC)

A core unit for tubular SOFC stacks, with tubular anode as support and integrated electrolyte/cathode. Featuring small size, high stability, and strong thermal shock resistance, it can form micro-stacks to convert fuel chemical energy (hydrogen, methane) into electricity. Suitable for portable power, distributed micro-generation, and special equiment power supply.
